Photography FAQ:

Where do you take photos?

I shoot natural light photography and most sessions are done at our home in Moreland, GA. We have 5 acres of beautiful rural property with lots of pretty backdrops for photos. I also shoot on location in Coweta County by request.

How will I receive my photos?

Galleries are delivered by email in about 1-2 weeks. You will receive instructions in the email regarding downloading your files. Be sure to download your entire gallery and back it up on both a hard drive and the cloud for safekeeping. Once galleries expire, images are no longer accessible.

How much does a photo session cost?

The cost depends on the type of session, number of people and amount of time booked. I offer a variety of options to suit client needs. Most lifestyle family sessions are about 45 minutes long and cost $275. Clients receive all of their edited images in both color and black and white. Contact me to discuss details and pricing.

Do you offer mini sessions?

Yes, I offer two types of minis: classic and styled. Classic minis are simply shorter, less expensive lifestyle sessions. Styled minis are special events scheduled throughout the year and include themed backdrops. Refer to the mini session page on this website and promos on social media for details,


Mini Session Terms and Policies

There are two types of mini sessions. The first type is a shortened version of a lifestyle photo session. The second type is a styled mini session which includes special props that display a theme or celebrate a season or holiday. All mini sessions are shot at our home and property at 1396 Martin Mill Rd in Moreland, GA.

Styled minis have limited availability and require a deposit. Please arrive on time. If you are late, it may not be possible to work you in. If this happens, your deposit will be applied to a future session booked within one year. If you do not book a session within one year, your deposit will not be refunded.

No-shows will lose their deposit; however if you need to reschedule, you may let me know within 24 hours of your session and use your deposit towards a future session within one year.

Cancellation or rescheduling due to weather, illness or other unforeseen circumstances is at photographer’s discretion and a new date will be announced. If you are unable to do your session on the new date, you may ask for an immediate refund or apply your deposit to a future session within one year from the originally scheduled date.


Woodshop FAQ:

Do you deliver the farmhouse tables and swings?

Yes, we will deliver to local addresses (within 30 minutes of our home) for a fee. Items may be picked up for free from the woodshop by appointment. We do not ship tables or swings at this time.

Do you install the porch bed swings?

We do not install porch swings. We highly recommend hiring a skilled contractor to mount your swing for you.

How do you maintain your farmhouse tables?

We recommend the following care and maintenance routine:

  • wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust

  • for messy spills, use mild soap and a damp cloth and dry immediately

  • avoid prolonged exposure to water (condensation from glasses) and heat (use trivets)

  • avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight

  • for poly finishes, you should be good for many years. Simply sand and reapply poly when your finish begins to wear.

  • for wax finishes, periodically buff with a protective wax finish as needed to maintain a layer of protection from food and drink spills. The need to reapply wax depends on how much your table is used.
